My Transformation
I started off as a 125lb teen who had no idea what he was doing in the gym.

I loved lifting & wanted to get bigger but couldn't bulk because of soccer.
I also hated the idea of being bulky 90% of the year
And I didn't have hours to spend every day in the gym or kitchen since I had to juggle school, soccer, & business
So I took my own approach.
I figured out a formula to build muscle with minimal fat gain & without wasting hours in the gym or kitchen
